July is park month, set up activities outside this month,hiking,biking,cookouts,picnics,walking,sports activities,forest preserves etc…..lets get moving outside!

About a month ago I was offer to pick a charity to support i choose, lets move! Campaign i didnt want to get paid to support i rather give the money to the charity and participate in the activities.

the bet awards show lat night was good…i was looking forward to the JANET JACKSON performance but she didn’t peform but she was honor for all she achieve and did and i think she was saving her energy for her world tour and she got a new single out right now.
