This post will be about writing literacy, but as I was putting my thoughts together I read my “financial education” post and I mentioned reading and writing in that post and I recently made a reading post and now I’m making a writing post after I’m done with this post it will be like a mini trilogy of the three essentials of daily life.
Just like financial education and reading is important so is writing, matter of fact reading and writing have a relationship a perfect mix it is often said you can’t have one without the other, so I want to use an illustration of a conversation through words rather through text message, or email etc.…. this is where writing come into play, you received a text message you read it and it requires a response, but you can’t really spell good, what are you going to do? You see what I mean, the sender is waiting…. You do the best you can and send a message but however the sender doesn’t understand what you saying what you trying to convey to them it can ruin the communication or you may send something that has nothing to do with the conversation at hand which could again ruin the communication. Writing is not just words it’s sentencing into paragraphs where its understandable for the reader, organizing your thoughts and putting them in writing form is a essential in life, it’s very important in a digital time that we in where digital sometimes requires a quick or instant response you will need to know how to write for yourself.
